WOODCROFT PRIMARY

Fusco Constructions were contracted by Sensum to complete the design and construction of 4 classrooms, extensive break out area, withdrawal room, teachers preparation room and toilets. The project was constructed on a hilly site with around 4.5 metres of fall requiring extensive landscaping, ramps, pathways, and introduction of an amphitheatre to soften the different grades.

The project also involved the refurbishment of four existing classrooms and associated landscaping as well as new DDA access openings to 4 existing classrooms.

Some of the impressive features include the high ceilings, tessellated ceilings and extensive site works including the landscaping works.
