The development consisted of 32 apartments across 6 levels. The ground floor consisted of an undercover carpark with the remaining 5 levels consisting of apartments. The building fabric included precast concrete panels, lightweight CFC and sheet metal cladding. Fusco Constructions worked closely with the design team and contractors during the development and throughout COVID-19.
