Pukatja Youth & Community Centre & Swimming Pool

Fusco Constructions undertook the construction of a new Youth & Community Centre and Swimming Pool in Pukatja. Fusco worked closely with RASAC and the local community to help bring the project under budget during an ECI phase, undertaking extensive value management to ensure the project could meet the budget whilst still delivering all key aspects of the project. Fusco worked closely with the Community Development Program throughout the project.
