Ardtornish Primary School

Under an ECI contract, Fusco Constructions were contracted to construct two new education buildings at Ardtornish Primar School. These buildings consisted of 12 GLA’s, a music room and teacher prep rooms.

The project was over budget, requiring extensive value management from Fusco. Fusco proposed an alternate construction method to save a significant amount of money and allow the project to proceed. The project was also undertaken in the middle of the school requiring careful planning and execution to ensure the safety of students and staff.
